The Energy and Water Services Regulatory Commission has adopted a decision reducing the tariff for natural gas transmission by an average of 6.16%. The decision enters into force on January 1, 2021.
“The benefit of this decision will be felt by all natural gas users whose bills from January 1 will be lower. The key reasons for reducing the tariff for natural gas transmission are the increased quantities of natural gas that will be transferred next year, as well as the impact of the reduced import price of natural gas, said Marko Bislimoski, President of the Energy and Water Services Regulatory Commission. The ERC decides on the natural gas transmission tariff once a year.
